News: World Junior Champs/Burns, NCAA Changes Interference Rule; Kenya/Rudisha, Blankenship, Charity Races, Running Form, 90-year-olds



Shaina Burns 23rd after first day of IAAF World Junior meet in Eugene with 2520 points.  Her point total is low as she was DQed in the 200, the last event of Day One.  She was seventh prior to the 200.  Her time in the 200 was 26.48,  which would have put her in thirteenth place in the pentathlon.  The DQ was for a lane violation.
