Minnesota-Duluth Keeps #10 Ranking

Despite finishing behind two nationally ranked NCAA Division III teams last weekend at the St. Olaf Invitational, the Univeristy of Minnesota-Duluth women's cross country team maintained its #10 national ranking in Division II in the latest poll released yesterday.

The Bulldogs are the #4-ranked team in the power-packed Central Region of D2, trailing national #1 Western State (Colorado), #5 Adams State (Colorado), and #7 Augustana (South Dakota).

No Minnesota D2 men's team cracked the national top-25; Minnesota State-Mankato is ranked #7 in the Central Region.

St. Olaf Rises to #15 ... The St. Olaf women, who handily won their home intonational against cross-town rivals Carleton and Minneosta-Duluth on Saturday, rose to #15 in the NCAA Division III women's poll, up from #16 last week.

The Carleton women rose to #22 in the rankings, up from #24 a week ago.

The Hamline University men lead Minnesota colleges in the D3 men's poll at #19, down a spot form last week. St. Olaf is ranked #25.
